Craven some answers?

We all have questions, and there’s no such thing as a stupid one.

Find the answers to your copywriting questions here.

  • Copywriting is the act of writing text for the purpose of advertising and marketing. The end product? Copy!

The ultimate goal of copy: To increase brand awareness and persuade a person to take a particular action.

  • Copy demands or persuades and content informs, educates and/or entertains.

Copy and Content can be blended together, or used alone, depending on the purpose and end goal of the writing.

  • No. I’m a Copywriter, not a lawyer.

  • Good copy needs to be well written, grammatically correct and free from spelling errors, but it’s also much more than that. Perfectly written copy is absolutely useless if it doesn’t speak directly to your target audience, nor addresses their unique wants and needs.

Why? Because in order to sell your product or service, you need to speak directly to the person you want to sell it to and you need to speak their language! As an excellent Copywriter, I ensure all of this and more.

  • Yes, I can work with anyone, anywhere, across Australia or around the world.

  • Upon I’ve received your enquiry, I will ask you for further information and then provide you with a personalised quotation. Once accepted, I’ll send you the next steps to proceed, along with an invoice for your non-refundable 50% deposit and book your project in for the next available spot with myself or a team member.

  • Every project is different.

After submitting your enquiry, I’ll be able to provide you with a timeline for yours.

  • I charge per project or package, not per hour, page or word.

  • Sometimes, clients will wait up to 8 weeks to work with me, depending on my availability.

Now that I have a team, I’m able to offer you the opportunity to work with my content writer Kate, without the long wait.

What does working with a Copywriter look like?

  • 1. Quotation

Following your initial enquiry, I will send you a personalised, obligation free quotation.

Once you have agreed to the quotation, along with my Terms & Conditions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid, then the magic can begin!

  • 2. Creative Brief

Your Creative Brief session is all about YOU!

You will be doing most of the talking and I’ll be doing most of the listening, whilst completing your Creative Brief. When I do talk, I will be curious and ask lots of quality questions! This will give me a clear picture of you, your business and your goals, to make sure we get the magic just right.

  • 3. Writing begins

While I’m busy using my way with words to write your copy, you can continue to run your business.

I am prompt and professional, will provide you with a timeline for each draft and keep you up to date on my progress.

  • 4. Time for you to review

You’ve received an email with your draft copy – Yay!

Are the words just what you craved? Ta-da! Then, final copy is presented and payment can be made.

Want something changed? Up to two rounds of amendments can be made.
